In May this year, IACF launched a new competition across Devon to find the best Mystery Short Story written by a young person. There were two age categories, 8-13 and 14-18 years. All the submitted entries have been read by a panel of judges and the final judge is the world best-selling crime writer Sophie Hannah, author of the new Agatha Christie Hercule Poirot novels. At this free event the two winners of the competition will be announced, prizes given and their stories read aloud.
The Learning Lab, 2pm, Free. Booking essential.
