We're delighted to welcome the local community and visitors alike to our annual Summer Fair, taking place from 11am to 4pm. Entry is free, although donations are warmly welcomed to help support Torre Abbey and its ongoing work.

With more than 30 stalls, live entertainment throughout the day, animal encounters, family activities, food vendors and community organisations, there's something for everyone to enjoy.

Shopping and Food

Browse over 30 stalls featuring local businesses, crafts, gifts, charities and community groups. A variety of food vendors will also be on site offering delicious refreshments throughout the day along side a bar to keep you hydrated. 

Meet the Animals

Animal lovers won't want to miss the chance to meet some special guests throughout the day.

• Animals in Distress will be hosting a popular Fun Dog Show, giving four-legged friends the chance to shine.
• Lakemoor Alpacas will be bringing their friendly alpacas for visitors to meet.
• South West Animal Encounters will be introducing a variety of fascinating exotic animals.

Explore Emergency and Community Services

Come along and discover some of the vehicles and services that help keep Torbay running:

• Torquay Fire Station will be bringing a fire engine.
• Torquay Police will be attending with a police vehicle.
• SWISCo will be showcasing one of their tractors.
• Meet representatives from Torbay Fostering and learn more about fostering opportunities.
• Torquay Library will also be joining us with information and activities. 

Live Entertainment

Enjoy a programme of live entertainment including performances from Samba Rock, Dartington Morris Dancers, Sound escapes and more. Timings will be confirmed nearer the time.
